After surgery, here are some exercise suggestions to aid you with your everyday work routine.
1. Quadriceps Set
Press the back of your knee downward and tighten thigh muscle. Hold for ..10 seconds.
Hold for ..10 seconds.
Repeat ..20…repetitions..3..sets daily.
पंजे को उपर खिंच के घुटने को निचे दबाये।
10 सेकंड रोके फिर ढीला छोड़ दो।
20 बार रिपीट करे ऐसा दिन में 3 बार करे।
2. STRAIGHT LEG RAISE (SLR)
Raise the operated leg up to the level of the other knee
Keep your operated knee completely straight.
Hold.. 10.. seconds and slowly lower.
Repeat ..20…repetitions..3..sets daily.
ऑपरेशन वाले पैर को उपर उठाये।
10 सेकंड रोके और धीरे से निचे लाये।
20 बार रिपीअ करे दिन में 3 बार।
3. ACTIVE RANGE OF MOTION (AROM)
Bend operated knee as far back as you can using your muscles.
Hold ..10.. seconds.
Repeat ..20…repetitions..3..sets daily.
कूर्सी पर बैठकर पैर के निचे कपड़ा रखकर घुटने को मोड़े।
4. ACTIVE ASSISTED RANGE OF MOTION (AAROM)
Bend operated knee as far back as you can using your muscles. Then cross your non – operated leg on top and give it Gentle stretch back keep your pelvis level and do not lift your hip Of the surface you are sitting on.
Hold ..10.. seconds.
Repeat ..20…repetitions..3..sets daily.
कूर्सी पर बैठकर दुसरे पैर की मदद से ऑपरेशन वाले पैर को मोड़े।
5. ACTIVE KNEE EXTENSION
Extend your operated leg up by tightening your thigh and pulling Your toes up. Try to fully straighten your operated knee.
Hold approximately.. 10… Seconds and slowly relax your leg.
Repeat … 20.. Repetitions .. 3… sets daily.
कूर्सी पर बैठकर पैर को उपर उठाये और 10 सेकंड रोक कर रखे।
6. WALKING
1 km to 2 km/day Or 1 to 2 hr/day
दिन में टुकड़ो में कुल मिलाकर 1 से 2 किलोमीटर तक चले।
